Default Weird question

It seems I have to go back up to the top of every thread to get to the next thread. I used to have an button at the bottom that i could hit and it would just take me to the list again.

I am not sure what has happened. But this is getting old. Anyone know what I've done to have this happen. Or what I can do to get the button at the bottom back so its going the correct or way I liked it again.

Then mine must have caught up with everyone elses. It used to
have a thing at the bottom that just went back to the top.
It doesn't any more.

I don't know, I still have a button that allows me to go to the next or previous thread at the bottom of the thread page. I don't know what I did that is different other than maybe using a different display theme. I'm using the tulip theme.
