the nutrisystem was on special for about 259 or 249 plus 8 dollars handling.
It looks better than the south beach diet even though the south beach diet owns them. meals on wheels isn't working out well.

slept in it felt so good!

I got a good day for my first real massage and working with my
friendly therapist for my lymph-edema. This is the assistant,
who has worked with me before. She taught me how to do the
massage myself. And had measured my arms. Which really
helped me know I'm right and there is liquid. My left side is
really bigger than my right. Which to me is odd, I had no lymph-nodes
taken out. And supposedly thats why the liquid.

But I had a great day so far.

I was alcohol free monday thru thursday then tonight I stopped at 20 oz of beer, after work at fat pats. Did not drink any rum tonight though I could have.
I am really going to moderate my drinking....think I will throw out the rest of the rum.
