You both are doing fantastic doing self cares.

I spent the days trying to stay warm, and spent the two days with
Derrick.

Also had a good lunch with Dan, Dale, Derrick and I. But I really
enjoy it when Derrick comes and spends time with me. And I do
Dan also. Have to admit this is such a different Dan right now.
I can tell he is taking his meds.

Tomorrow I'm spending the day with Meluvja, and we will hopefully
shop and eat breakfast.

I think being around your loving family is definitely self-care :):):)

I am trying my darnedest not to get into any cleaning projects today because I know that doing so will just rev me up.

But I feel that I'm being held hostage at home because I'm waiting for that call from my pdoc's office, and I'm bored and restless... :o

wondering if your pdoc called?????

This is going to seem odd for self-care.

But for me making sure an parent that really needs someone
at an conference is self-care.

I have an manifestation on Friday morning. And I then get
an call from an parent that really needs someone to come to
the conference. I can't be two places at once.

So I got ahold of one of my co-workers who is very good at
helping me and others. She can go. So it really puts my mind
at rest.

Now its in my parents court to make sure she has the information
she needs.

Donna,

I really do think that is self-care. You are a care-taker by nature, and care about your clients/patients, and would feel terrible knowing that any one of them were not being taken care of.

Asking for help to make sure that both parents got what they needed must have really eased your mind :hug::hug:

I did my own research (because no one else was bothering to do it) and found out it was the Vraylar F'ING with my kidneys. Then I called my pdoc's office 3 times to try to get in touch with her to come up with a plan to get off of it.

She planned on discontinuing the Vraylar without replacing it with something else, but I told her I'm not stable enough right now to go without some extra help.
So, now I'll be taking low-dose Rexulti for a short period of time.

Sometimes you REALLY have to be your own advocate.

Kay

Yes, its definitely put my mind at ease. Especially since I know
my co-worker will go with her tomorrow. I am working to
get things solved for them all.

I am really getting nervous my job review is today.
I'm one that doesn't like these at all.

I think that work reviews are hard for most people even if they are great workers because you never know what management is going to nit pick about, but I think you should do very well because you care so much about your kids and parents, and it seems like you go out of your way to get them what they need :hug::hug:

Thanks Kay

I did pretty good on my review. The main goal is probably
the easiest if I can just get back on track with outreach.

I just don't always mark or record my outreach. So I have
to start making a more concrete effort.
Also I forget to have schools and parents send in surveys.
I will work on that the most soon. Remembered tonight
to send out to the parent and school tonight, for today.
So one good.

Didn't get any outreach had 6 or 7 hours with school business.
So to another day is fine.
