After at least a month of barely eating (anything besides ice cream and chocolate), I ate a lot yesterday. It was a bunch of crap food, but at least I ate.
The scale says I'm 3lbs heavier today, but I didn't drink much water yesterday, and I don't expect that number to stick. |
