Mari

Get a card, with a picture of a plant, say on the card, Only
way anything planted in our yard by anyone but us. Gets
watered is if the person that plants it waters it. You or anyone
else planting these are welcome to water.

We do not want to plant or water.

Thanks
Home owners

Put it were the plants are.

She's on the board of the Homeowners Association.

She has a certain amount of power.

I'm sorry about the added frustration Mari

I'm sorry but even if she is on the board.

I would think they would tell her that if she wants the
plants in someone elses yard then she needs to water
them

Default Thank you.

Yeah, No.

I'm not going to water the stupid plants. :

Some will survive for a while with rain falling from the roof.

Or they might all die from a weird mold/ fungus like they did last time.

Good for you for not even bothering to water them again. Maybe when these ones die agin from neglect, she will get the hint?

That's really interesting... it seems like there will be a lot of work involved in that venture.
