Thank you!

Up early to take a shower and wash my hair. That happens about 2 x week.
It feels so good once in there, it is just getting in there that is so difficult.
And I hate it that I almost run out of hot water....https://forums.psychcentral.com/imag...lies/frown.gif
Onto my 2nd cup of coffee, need to dry my hair and get going.
Make it a great day!!!
171.5 this morning!!!! 6 weeks sober!

Maybe I could be 169.9 the morning we leave!!!!

I shower every day, but understand what you mean about it being difficult to get in there but enjoying it once you get in. I have been dragging my a- lately.

It sounds like you are getting a lot done to prepare for your trip. I think you will have your packing well underway soon, too

I'm sorry about the confrontation with Karen. I'm sure it made you feel very uncomfortable. I'm glad that she still wants to be friends. I know how you value her friendship :hug::hug:

One thing for sure, you need to make sure you pack your heating pad
for Indiana if the cold affects your back. Or you can plan to buy one.
But I'd pack the one you like. Or go out now and buy an extra one.

Because its usually in the 20's here at least. lucky maybe in the 30's and
40's today. Yah, I will enjoy. But I did a little bit to my lower back it kind
of hurt so my heating pad came out too. I need to feel okay to head to
conference at 2pm, luckily its just 5 minutes down the road. Its going
to be a rough one, because I don't have a clue how to keep this one in
school. He will get services for out of school. But I'm afraid grandma will
not think enough. But it was his own actions.

Tomorrow's conference is a rough one too. But those parents are more
in control of what is going on. And I'm just there to help. So we will
see what I can help them with.

Derrick's last day of work is tomorrow. So we will see.

Got up a bit early and washed face, applied mad hippie vit c serum on my face and neck (love this stuff), brushed teeth, dental mouth wash and concealer on my rosacea, dressed in clean clothes had 2 cups of coffee.
My normal self care morning routine. Sharing a non scale victory: scrubs are looser today!!! yay!!
Ready to start my day!

I've noticed that you are getting up earlier lately, and doing a better job with your self-care lately :)

I'm so happy that you noticed that your scrubs are looser :)
That's awesome... It's hard to notice the difference when we lose weight if we look at ourselves everyday.

Thank you kay!
I have been having to get up to see clients starting at 8:30am which I don't like to have to get up earlier. But am grateful for my job.
