We got back a few hours ago.
I am ready for bed, took a much needed shower.
I guess it has been raining for days on end here it rained most of the days of travel coming home.
The cats are so happy to see us, well mostly jeff.
lol
I work early tomorrow and then again on saturday out of town...not sure how many I will see.
2 weeks of over indulging...am very afraid to get on the scale.
Will resume dieting starting tomorrow.

Hattie was crying so much last night and this morning,

jeff sprayed her with water a couple of times.

She does that when we are gone on vacation.

This morning After snoozing a couple of times,

I turned off the alarm and I will see Irene(my 8;30 appointment)

when I can make her up.

So I have a 10am appointment,
I was able to get back to sleep until 9am.
So here I sit almost ready, need to have some more coffee
and I will be on my way.

You definitely were missed. I'd like to also thank you and Jeff.
For bringing the great weather to Indiana for me. I credited
it to you. We usually have such nasty weather that its not
enjoyable. But other than some wind and one really rainy day.

We had such an nice couple weeks. I just really appreciated it.

Welcome back, Bizi! So happy to have you here again! I missed you!

While on vacation,
Some how I ran out of medication,
I must have taken it twice by mistake.
Oh well...
I slept great last night needed to sleep, as I had not been sleeping
well since we got home last thursday night.
This is my second cup of coffee and I am still in my jammies.
I think I will get back on my diet tomorrow.
Yesterday I ate junior mints with peppermint crunch bits in them..
Need to throw that away.
I cut off all of my nails because there were so many problems...
The acrylic had cracked and chipped in several nails and I kept picking at them .
They were a month old, think I will have them ground off and just have gel nails applied.
Clear and that should last a month. no more tips for me, so I will have to the kwick
nails for weeks before they grow out.
I saw 6 clients yesterday and see 2 today.
They live a bit a way and I needed to see them as my calendar is full for the next few weeks.
I don't usually work on sundays.
So I must get ready for brunch.
Jeff said he was ready to go when ever I was ready.
I am achy this morning.
Have a dull head ache, some muscular issues with my left upper/outer thigh.
My hips are bothering me again, hard to get my left leg into my pants,
have to sit down now to do that. my middle back was spasming for some reason.
My right leg just fell asleep and is painful, not for long though which is good.
Need a nother cup of coffee.

I'm sorry that you are having so much pain
Have you taken anything for it like Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Aleve?
I hope it improves with some rest

My nails were bare before I went into the hospital and for about 3 weeks after that, and I ended up having to cut them down to the quick. They started to grow back fast once I got a manicure. I hope yours do, too.
Watch carefully when they grind your nails down when they are taking the acrylic off so that they aren't too thin. I don't know how they remove gel in your area, but here they have to do some scraping, and that can thin your nails out, too.

I'm sorry you have to work on a Sunday, especially since it's such a nice sunny day!
