Thank you kay!
We leave tomorrow. It takes 2 days to get home. Last night we went to a new years eve party at a restaurant/bar. It had a "silent disco" We each wore a headset and it had 3 channels with color sinced with the different channels so you could tune into red or green or blue. we listened to the red station the most as the other channels were modern music channels. I had never done that before. It ended up being a fun thing/dance music. We all had a good time, except for my brother in law ...it is hard being single/odd person out. tonight we are having a new years day dinner, lots of appitizers they are eating scallops and I will just eat appetizers as I don't like scallops. We got back a few hours ago.
I am ready for bed, took a much needed shower. I guess it has been raining for days on end here it rained most of the days of travel coming home. The cats are so happy to see us, well mostly jeff. lol I work early tomorrow and then again on saturday out of town...not sure how many I will see. 2 weeks of over indulging...am very afraid to get on the scale. Will resume dieting starting tomorrow. good night. bizi

While on vacation,
Some how I ran out of medication, I must have taken it twice by mistake. Oh well... I slept great last night needed to sleep, as I had not been sleeping well since we got home last thursday night. This is my second cup of coffee and I am still in my jammies. I think I will get back on my diet tomorrow. Yesterday I ate junior mints with peppermint crunch bits in them.. Need to throw that away. I cut off all of my nails because there were so many problems... The acrylic had cracked and chipped in several nails and I kept picking at them . They were a month old, think I will have them ground off and just have gel nails applied. Clear and that should last a month. no more tips for me, so I will have to the kwick nails for weeks before they grow out. I saw 6 clients yesterday and see 2 today. They live a bit a way and I needed to see them as my calendar is full for the next few weeks. I don't usually work on sundays. So I must get ready for brunch. Jeff said he was ready to go when ever I was ready. I am achy this morning. Have a dull head ache, some muscular issues with my left upper/outer thigh. My hips are bothering me again, hard to get my left leg into my pants, have to sit down now to do that. my middle back was spasming for some reason. My right leg just fell asleep and is painful, not for long though which is good. Need a nother cup of coffee. Have a great day yall who read my thread. (((((HUGS)))) It is a sun shiny day! bizi. .

My aches and pains are gone except my right hip.As long as I don't go beyond the range of motion, I am fine.

bleh i go to the gun range a few days ago and my shots are off a bit to the left. come to find out when I get home, somehow the rear sight is loose and the mounting screw is missing

The woman from NAMI carolyn, canceled on me. Last night, we were going to go to the gym and walk on the tred mill and have a lite dinner afterward, but she backed out.
So going with jeff was my option at the time. I should have just went to the gym by myself. My resolve to not drink went out the window! My tool box is empty. sigh I wish I had more friends. I am going to go to church tomorrow and maybe see an old friend, maybe I can mingle with her or someone else there. It is a Unitarian fellow ship. My only real friend here has asked us to go hiking tomorrow. We usually drink with them but they are dieting right now so maybe we would just hike and that be all we would do with them... bizi
