You can do this. Just take your time. And let Jeff help you get through the writing of the statement. Let him help lead you through what you might want to write if necessary. Like maybe if he reads the notes he can help you by reading it out loud to you. To remember more about what you did that you didn't write down at the time. Things like that. We are here. Donna

we just got done writing and rewriting the statement. Jeff was so helpful.
He wants to sit on it for a day and then look at it from a new eyes. I like what he changed. He has such a good way of writing he really helped me out. bizi

I'm so thankful that Jeff was so helpful and you were able to get through writing the statement together
I like to go back and take a look at important things I write with fresh eyes later, too. I think it can be really, really helpful. I think it was a good idea that you changed the name of your business on your website and FB. Did you wipe out any references to your nursing license or leave it in there? How are you doing today? Do you feel any better now that the statement has been written? I hope that your anxiety has gone down at least a teeny bit

yes my anxiety has gone down a lot since writing the statement.We have to get a certified copy of my nurses notes. I wonder who does that these days, maybe my bank? bizi

Can't someone in your lawyer's office handle the certification for you? If not, I think that the city/town clerk or a notary (found in the phone book?) could handle it. They do usually have notaries at banks, but I don't know if they would handle it for you if you have a lot of paperwork because that would be very time consuming. I would make a phone call before heading to the bank.

I would check with the lawyers office also. I would think they could
do this for you. But I would also check with the bank before you go to see if they do this. I know my bank does some things and not others. SO I don't know that this is something they would do. I'm also glad your anxiety went down. Donna

the bank gave me the number of a traveling nortary public and she was great! we met at a coffee shop here and it took about 15 minutes to do.I sent it off today. The litigation packet came in the mail today. Sent it off to the lawyer.
sigh I will read the lengthy clause pages. sigh. I need to read the, tonight.. My ribs hurt more than they did before. sigh bizi.
