You fell a while ago. If you're still having pain, you must have cracked/broken a rib or two. How much pain are you in? Does it hurt to breath? I'm sorry it still hurts
 I'm so glad that you got your nursing notes certified. One less thing to worry about. I'm sorry you have/had to read all that s- tho. It doesn't sound fun. I wish you didn't have to go through all of this

I fell 2 weeks ago and hurt my left side ribs now the pain is moving around like my breast/sometimes my sternum. sigh
nothing can be done to ribs. I tried the blue emu and it did not help. I will catch up with the forums later. thank you all for your support, have a therapist appointment now. love you all bizi

I broke down and took 4 advil, ibprofen.
I really don't like to take that because it can cause liver disease. I am writing up some more wording to add to my statement for the lawyer. Need to do that tonight so I can get it to him for tomorrow. The extension is still 2 weeks away. I think.  I have been busy getting doctors orders for my clients. Calling the family getting the dr. name and phone number, they call me back then I call the dr. and leave a message and wait for them to call me back. It is really hard to keep straight. I have not seen any one where I don't have a verbal order on them. so far so good. I have been only seeing 2-3 people a day. I really need to figure out my fax machine because I need to fax these orders to get them signed...technically I need written MD orders to provide care. I am doing what I can. sigh The advil is helping my pain. thank goodness. bizi

I sent him, the lawyer, the litigation packet. Jeff got me a copy of the w9 tax form that I some how managed to lose.
sigh thank goodness for him. He has attached documents printed out forms helped me write letters and revisions. He has helped stay out of a mental hospital. I am doing every thing that I can. now it is in the lap of the lawyer to rewrite my statement and he will send it to me. I really want to tell my side of the story. I really want to keep my license. bizi

I really feel like since a FACILITY called you in, it was really their responsibility to get the doctor's order and give it to you. I *think* that should work in your favor
You are doing so well rolling with the punches, and I'm sure all of these things you have to do feel like gut punches Thank God for Jeff. I'm so happy that he has been so helpful and supportive I'm going to continue to hope that things will work out well for you, and you don't lose your license (((HUGS))) & LOVE |
