Yes, you should try the Blue Emu. You can try to get Jeff to put it on you. You will be amazed. Like other creams and patches, can't use it with heat tho.
I hope that your back feels better soon  I'm so happy you will be asking for a sponsor. With such high attendance at that meeting, I'm sure they should be able to find someone. It's great that you are reaching out for more support now. I think it's a great plan of action!

Hurt my back a couple of days and was worried that it was going to be a chronic issue. it went away as mysteriously as it came. Have almost always have had an iffy back. I sent my mother the emu because she has such arthritis in her thumbs the base of them by your wrist. I hope it helps her. She has a birthday coming up 80th so it is a big one. She asked that I not come for it as they were having so much going on before they leave for vacation on the 12th. moms blood disorder and dad daily radiation treatments for prostate cancer. bizi

I went tonight to the AA meeting and liked it. Asked for a sponsor and Iike her. Her name is skyla. She invited me to her house for small group book study group. So I will try it out.

I'm so glad you got a sponsor you like!
 I wonder if they are going to use the AA book for the group study? I bought a cheap one off of Amazon. It's interesting. There were things I liked about it, and others I didn't. I remember writing a lot of notes in the margins. The Blue Emu will be good for your mother's hands. You can't use a lot of pain rubs on hands because they contain capsaicin, and if you rub your face, go to the BR, etc they can cause a lot of irritation. Blue Emu is safe to use on the hands. 80th is a big milestone! Do you have a special present in mind? I'm sorry to hear that your mother has a blood disorder and you father has prostate cancer (mine had it, too)

After talking with the sponsor we decided that I was not an alcoholic.
So I am not going to go to AA meetings nor meet with her again. She was a very lovely lady and I wished her the best. bizi
