Default Question, Diets

Everyone, I have a question.

Derrick has gained more weight than his doctor likes. And I can totally
get that. Well the diet his provider thinks is good, isn't working. Because
he isn't liking lots of the food. And is still wanting lots of Chocolate,
and things he shouldn't have.

He really needs caffeine because of headaches just like me. And is going
to try getting on Diet Coke, yes I know that isn't good either. But I personally don't want him on caffeine pills which was the thought he had.

He has been trying to eat mainly meats and no bread. Which he loves bread.
And he has the Popsicle. I need to let him know that fudge Popsicle should be good for him. He was so upset with himself for letting himself eat just a little ice cream not to long ago.

I don't think that was the problem. I think its the sweets. I need to find
him some substitutes he can try and enjoy. That will help.

I used to drink the chocolate drinks that help, but I'm not sure he will
