Good morning. I know that root beer does not have caffeine. and I don't think cream soda has it either.

It sounds like Derrick is enthusiastic about everything he takes on, so he would probably thrive at the gym

Yes, he will certainly thrive at the gym. The one he has picked also
has an personal trainer, and other things. Bizi, knows this
one very well I think. If I remember right she uses planet fitness.

He was working with an fitness mentor in his program last spring
and really did well. And enjoyed it. So he thinks this will be
good. So do I.

Now just to get him there to register.
