Thanks for that bizi. I don't get anxiety attacks very often but that approach usually works for me.
Another thing which can help is a deep breathing exercise; sometimes an anxiety attack can be triggered by breathing too shallowly. An example is; Breathe in deeply. Count to 10. Breathe out deeply. Count to 10. Breathe in deeply. Count to 10. Breathe out deeply. Count to 10.... Doing this for 5-10 minutes usually works for me.
