You are so right. I know that, I just used to feel that
way. I grew up feeling like other than my family
no one cared. Because I had trouble keeping friends
my age.

and yes alcohol can be toxic, and dangerous. I won't be drinking. As I see it there are too many risks involved. And I have seen in the past that I can't moderate.
For me, abstinence is really the way to healing my brain....
