yes it was the seroquel. I won't be taking that again.
slept pretty well last night. Don't like the ear plugs but laying there listening to hubby breath/snore for nights on end was not fun.
I found a pharmacy on line that you can order klonipin....it is expensive but nice to know it is out there.

I am so glad to hear you slept better last night and identified a culprit.

I also must sleep with ear plugs. I eventually got used to them. I have small ears so have to get the female version that are purple. I have all kinds. Hubby snores right thru the CPAP. Sometimes I wake him to fix it, laying there with the noise is agonizing. I sleep in a separate bedroom when it becomes too much.

have you ever tried kava kava. I saw how it worked when I was in Fiji. It made the men so mellow and some fell asleep lol.
I just bought some.

2 nights in a row I have slept well. I think using ear plugs did that trick.

I am So glad you got two nights in a row! Earplugs saves my marriage bed, TMI? No way, I could not sleep with the snoring and insisted he have a sleep study. It was a long road but did finally get better for him.

Things will finally start getting better for you now that you can sleep. Without sleep we are just not ourselves.

We were away over the weekend. Traveled to pensacola beach to celebrate our 23 wedding anniversary. We ate and drank too much and I did not sleep and had restless legs. I think I am having side effects from the lithium: Swelling of my hands and ankles, diarrhea. I am supposed to drink a lot of water which I have not been doing that. Wonder if I drank more if that would help with the swelling?

I just had my lithium level drawn and it is fine.
I definitely need to drink more water. I called the pdocs office and reported the side effects. She did not comment about the side effects...only that she thinks I need treatment because I don't stop drinking.
I had less than 2 beers tonight after work. Will try to stop after that.
I really hope that I can sleep tonight.
