Thanks, I'm thinking they may be partially tension from the weather
changes so I bought some excedrin tension tylenol this morning. It seems to be helping more than the regular tylenol or Ibprofen. I wasn't getting much help from my imitrex so I haven't been taking it because I can usually tell the difference since I usually get them right now with the real weather changes. So I'm hoping this will help me. I am home for a couple hours before my meeting then to get Derrick. ANd then on the road for my conference, and our mini vacation. Donna

Saw Dr. Orazio my pdoc this morning. She was happy with my progress....no hypomania...more self control. Only drinking 2 beers at night and sleeping well.
Will see her in 6 weeks. Have my lithium level checked in a month. Life is good! Except my back is terrible. I hurt it in florida I think on the 17th....trying to get out of the bath tub. Had a massage and that did not help.....will sit on a heating pad. It is hard to do my job....sigh bizi

my physical therapist wrecked my lower back. I didn't have problems before. Have you tried blue emu and are you taking tylenol a few times a day.

I took 2 extra strength long acting tylenols...think that helped. I forgot about the blue emu will put that on tonight.

I did sleep more. How is your back now? I read that you can take a lot of tylenol and I don't think it hurts your stomach like aspirin. I really do think it helps the stiffness. My injury is permanent but I hope yours is just temporary. I guess you can tell if it starts getting better. I hope it is. Warm baths don't help me but maybe they can help you.
Yesterday I kept on thanking God for the lowering cholesterol drug. I really did think I wasn't going to either live that much longer or be paralyzed by a stroke Love bobby |
