Dont know how your foot is hurting. But I remembered last
week when Derrick's foot was hurting after his seizure.

You ladies keep talking about blue emu. And went and got some..
It helped his foot and my knee which was always sore or hard for
me to get up.

Glad that the blue emu is helping. Bobby recommended it and I sent some to my mother and it helped with her arthritis in her thumbs.

Got up a little earlier this morning because I was going to get my nails done, but decided that I would not do that so here I sit on the computer.
I had a lot to drink this weekend. Seems like I am out of control.
Hubby never says anything.
I am reading a good book by alan carr: the easy way to quit drinking.
It is good so far but has not gotten to the point yet. I still have 100 pages left to read.
My right foot continues to hurt. How long do you wait in pain before seeking medical advice?
Last friday I told my chiropractor about my foot and he adjusted it which hurt and I don't think it helped any.
Have a light day today an afternoon client did not work out as he is now in the nursing home after an illness. and I don't go to the particular nursing home. I give in-home pedicures to the elderly. Have been doing this job for 20 years. Love it! But my business is slowing down and I don't know why. need to work on building up my practice.
On to my second cup of coffee...need to get going!
