It is weird, 10 days ago I stepped out of bed with my ankle hurting....it is getting worse.
I asked about PT and she said wrap it to stabilize it....bought a splint type wrap with velcro. Put it on and it hurt my foot....will be taking that back to walmart....I hate going there. I saw my chiropractor today. He examined my problem area I thought it was my foot but it is my ankle. Here we don't need MD orders to go to PT so I can just go....which I may do. bizi

I bought a little ankle sleeve for some extra support.
The part that was over the foot is loose and the part over the ankle is firm. I am missing bizi

I had 3 big beers last night at trivia and could not sleep last night. fell asleep around 5am then got up at 10am. So that is 5 hours of sleep, not good. Am still reading Alan Carrs book the easy way to stop drinking....50 pages left and he still has not revealed the "easy way".
I jammed my right 3rd finger yesterday preventing a fall. It really hurts today. my right ankle is still hurting. 12 days ago I woke up with it hurting just getting out of bed. sigh. It is not broken but don't know what is going on. I hobble when I walk. Going to do billing today, am very behind. Can't get paid unless I send a bill. Hugs to those who need them. Good luck with your finger and your ankle.
I did did something to my thumb when I was grabbing/carrying grocery bags. It's the hand I write with. For now, I am trying to baby it by taking things easy. |

I don't think that bipolar and aging go together. Everything to me seems so much harder. I wish you guys didn't have to worry about working.Anything that adds to stress makes it worse.
