nope it is not hard.What is becoming a problem is my internet usage. I was on here so much this morning...I checked my voice mail messages and I had 4 so had to call and speak with a couple of people getting a couple new referrals so that is good. but the made me miss my 10am appointment. I can see her at any time, she has dementia and doesn't know when I am coming. but here I sit back on the computer now that I have extra time to get ready. sigh bizi

don't worry about the internet. I think you just have a need to keep busy and enjoy yourself. so fantastic about it not being hard. great about the new referrals.

hubby woke up without a headache thank goodness.
Taking his excedrin with him to school in case it comes back. He is also drinking a cup of coffee. He has to teach and has a gig tonight....hopefully it will not come back. Thankfully he doesn't get them very often. bizi

Headaches are definitely no fun. Glad it had gone away.
Hoping it stays away. I usually take a preventive dose if I've been having problems so I can keep them away for a longer time. But that is because I know if I don't I'll probably get one. Donna

It lasted about 9 hours and he said it was the worst migraine he has ever had.

After work I went to whole foods and ate off the food bar.
Hubby had a gig tonight. It was trivia and there were 2 friends there, a colleague of Jeffs and his friend so I joined them. Only knew one answer. They came in 3rd. I ate sauteed mushrooms with a red sauce and chicken and green beans. very good. Keep falling asleep at the computer....need to go to bed. yawn bizi

weights:
191 = 3-5-19 (I Gave up alcohol for lent) 172.8 =4-20-19 easter, started drinking again 192 =10-1-19 190.4 =10-21-19 Started dieting and Alcohol free 181.7 =11-23-19 So I am 9 pounds away from my lowest weight in a year. When I gained 55 pounds in 4 years...it is really frightening. 4 years ago I weighed 137. sigh bizi
