Had salmon for dinner and some califlower, half an avocado and small orange.
Good dinner but not many calories....was hungry before bed but did not eat anything. That was the first time that happened. 179.1 this morning. yeah! I hope my posting numbers doesn't trigger anyone.  Got up early today 6am and need to do some paperwork. I was on the computer looking at videos of pets way too much until 1120 last night. awful!!! I wonder if I can lose another 10 pounds in 5 weeks? bizi

I just listened to a pod cast about dieting around the holidays. It will be very difficult dieting while on vacation. I don't want to mess up with my progress. We have a christmas party coming up...
Last friday when I went to trivia and was eating my dinner there was a friend of jeffs, my friend too I suppose. I was talking to him and realized how much I wanted a drink to deal with my social anxiety issues. It was almost like I disassociated and could not follow the conversation. Luckily the game was over and called it a night. whew. thank you for your support and encouragement! love you bizi
