Well I made it Alcohol free for 47 days. That is the period of lent back in the spring of this year plus one day.
So this makes it the longest alcohol free streak in years! I keep trying. bizi stuck at 11 pounds down.

i am so very happy for you! what an incredible achievement. Is it getting harder or easier for you? it is just so wonderful. five gold medals.
don't worry about the weight. you just might have hit a plateau for a short while. the pounds will start dropping off again very soon. maybe today! love bobby |

Jeff helped me upload the documents for the state board of nurses. He had to scan them then we up loaded them to the application. Not sure when I will hear from them that they accepted my renewal....hopefully soon. It is all very stress inducing, my palms of my hands sweated. I have done everything that I can do, just have to wait to hear from them.

50 days Alcohol free!
stuck on 180....10 pound weight loss in 7 weeks. Food today: coffee with half and half and stevia. Quick 20 minute Lunch: 8oz of chicken salad with apples and walnuts. Late 8pm Dinner: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a low carb chocolate slim fast, bottle. I have chewed gum and drank zevia, colas sweetened with stevia, cream soda and ginger root beer. Now I am not hungry so that is good. I hope that I will have more time for lunch....I missed my veggies today! Worked late for me, saw 6 clients when I usually see 4. Out of the house at 8: 45am and home 7:45pm. Long time since I worked an 11 hour day! I have one other client to squeeze into my schedule which is full before the holidays. Got my nails (clear gel) done yesterday, had them done right before lunch, takes about an hour. Tipped her, she was very happy! I tipped the yard guy whom has taken such good care of our yard, for years! Some how I need to get to the bank and get some cash. There are 3 people that I want to give christmas cards with cash at Sandras cafe that I eat there a lot, most days. I will give cards to 2 cooks Sammie and Chrystal who have been there the longest(high turn over of the other staff) and then the store manager Alaina who is very pregnant and due on christmas day! It has been fun sharing pictures of my new great niece who was born on oct 21st. Her name is Emmerson Lou....they are calling her Emmy Lou. Which is so sweet. Life is good! You are doing so great. I think it sounds like for the losing weight you might need a small cheat day. So you can then maybe go back to losing again. But I love the 50 days af, keep it up. It would be great if you hit 60 and yes I realize your going on vacation in about a week if I remember correctly. But I've been impressed with your af days. So I'm hoping you can hit the 60. And if you can hit more it would be fantastic. I think even going on vacation if you leave next Friday its doable to hit 60. Donna

I had a pork loin with collards and turnips and beets for lunch.
Jeff is gone so I went and picked up 2 chicken quarters (that was 2 thighs and 2 legs) for dinner and a pint of low carb(high fat and calories600 for the pint) only 4 net carbs. and oh so good and creamy and satisfying!Sweetened with sugar alcohols. I worked late again but only saw 5 clients. One man declined services as he had just been to the foot doctor. That was fine by me because that would have put me really late. I hate coming home in the dark. I need to do some paper work that is on my desk. have a nice evening and thank you for your support! bizi
