I’m glad you had a productive day yesterday!
 If I remember correctly, Jeff got hooked on something else strange in the past? I guess that he moved on from it, so he will likely move on from this as well, hopefully soon. I would probably feel a little left out in the meantime, too tho (((HUGS))) Thank you for the explanation, Mari. |

my shoulder is fine.
my SI joint/back/hip pain is much better I can almost bend to the right with out hurting. What will be telling is when I work... sitting on that stool and bending over really was painful so we shall see. Thank you for asking. bizi

I have an early morning appointment 830 so had to get up earlier than I like, perhaps that is why I got up and stayed up(had to pee). Saw my chiropractor yesterday and he adjusted me. It hurts when he does it but feels better when he is done. I hope you all have a nice day. bizi
