I have taken ativan for a couple of times this past week. It feels great not worrying about sleeping. I may order some klonipin from the internet though it is expensive.
I have about 50 doses of benzo but that won't last me long. I feel like a druggie covetting them. I have been picking at my hang nails cuticles so they bleed. I see my old therapist soon....hopefully she can help me. I have not been taking care of myself lately. bizi

It was good to see Robin though I talked the entire time and she listened...needed to get caught up. I like her. I see her again in 2 weeks.
I ripped the sh!!t out of my right thumb yesterday. It will take a long time to heal and it hurts. It will be hard to keep a band aide on because I use fingernail polish remover....even the fumes hurt. I don't know if this is some sort of self punishment????? My ankle is stiff but getting better. We have been eating out a lot lately, went to chipotle last night. It was very good. Sandras continues to be my standard lunch place, today an eggplant greek dish should be good. Have a good day yall, cooler weather finally. bizi ((((((HUGS))))))) to those who need them.

Loved it when the Cardinals lost the NLDS to the Nationals a few days ago. Guess that what happens when the Cards Manager Shildt started running his mouth badmouthing the Braves. Talk crap and you gonna get some bad juju headin yer way. In the way of 4 straight losses LOL

i don't think it is self punishment but nerves. I think self punishment like burning yourself is trying to get away from a deeper emotional pain.

Thank you ladies.
I do use a lot of water washing feet and my skin is dry...don't use lotion though I know that I should. I had a bandaide on straight for 24 hours...I think it is some better. The fingernail polish remover stung so much today. ouch! The greek eggplant dish was very good today! bizi
