The ice cream is called rebel. I get the mint chip.
like I said it really good, let it thaw out a bit before eating.
It is expensive but I still pay less than a beer out so I can rationalize buying it. I think it cost $7 for a pint.
The label says low carb, high fat, keto, no sugar added

That is like these slim fast drinks I like them they have 2 net carbs.

i will tell freshdirect to get Rebel ice cream. Thanks. Thank you so much about Suri. Last night I didn't sleep much but Pudge slept next to me. the whole bottle of wine helped and stopped the pain. Now I just feel numb. I can't put in words how much she means to me.

Maybe you could keep a diary like somewhere on the computer that you don't send. That you write to her daily. Letting her know how your day is going.
And that your thinking of her. What the kitties are doing, how Danny is doing and things like that.

I think I really should force myself to start reading the Torah. Suri and I usually always talked about spiritual things but we also laughed a lot.
Pudge is under the bed. She doesn't want to come out yet. I think that awful noise really bothered her. i found my credit card. I just tried to order some rebel ice cream but I don't think they have it,, weird, I asked fresh direct to carry it
I asked for prayers for suri .I feel God knows what he is doing and we can't fathom it. We have to just trust Him.

2-3 cups of coffee with half and half and stevia

Had a good lunch:
speckled trout grilled.
chard
golden beets
green beans. Every thing was delicious!!!!!
lite dinner:
Cottage cheese, slice cheddar cheese, slim fast, chocolate shake.


I keep falling asleep while typing.....

Lunch:
2 Bacon wrapped chicken thighs....
there was some goat cheese in there too.
Swiss chard, beets and a side of avocado mashed.
2 diet stevia mountain dew sodas
very good!
Dinner:
4 pieces of sushi...no rice just veggies and shrimp.
6 oz of chicken salad that was delicious.
2 small squares of dark chocolate.

After working a late day I really thought about having a beer at whole foods where I was meeting up with hubby and friends they had just finished playing trivia. But I decided against that thinking I will hold out until we are on vacation. 53 days Alcohol free.

I am frustrated with my weight loss stall. Somehow I just thought the weight was going to fall off me when I decided to not drink those empty calories. or rather fattening drinks!!!!! But it has not happened that way. The first 5 pounds were easy....anyway.
11 pounds gone in 53 days.
