Rain

I have three son's as you will notice he is the one I talk about the
most. Only because I do the most with him usually. He is a great
kid. I have many friends in the epilepsy world with major issues
with there kids with seizures. So it can get bad some days. I have
two friends who kids have been in the hospital just recentally with
status seizures. Anyway, its our life.

My middle son is the most I'd say stable but he is the quietest.
Hardest to really know what is going on. He is Devin, he has my
grandson Will, and his step boys and Meluvja, and she also has a
grown girl that doesn't live there. I will hopefully start to do more
with Will when he returns from his Mom's. I'm hoping to really start
to get him once a week. We will see, I'm also hoping to get Meluvja
to realize he is going to be that mildly intellictual disablity he is and
to stop trying to make him something he isn't.

My oldest is Dan, he is my bipolar, and other things. He is right
now doing very well. But we have to really watch him. He has an
17 year old named Ethan and a 2 year old named Harmony different
mom's. Harmony is special needs, and autistic. Not sure how much
she is considered autistic. But I had told her mom for a while I thought
she was. And she finally started walking about 2 and 2 months so its
good.

Derrick and I went to the town of Fowler today. He bought
somethings. I just kind of did some shopping.

Then we went to Dollar general up there and then in our town here.
Because we forgot somethings. Heehee.

I needed something for a cough that I can't seem to get rid of.

You two do a lot of shopping together. I'm so glad that you enjoy one another's company so much

I'm forever forgetting one thing or another when I go out even though I make a list and check it twice hehe (or many more times)

How long have you had your cough? Do you think it's related to your asthma and allergies? I know that the pollen count here is really high...
I hope that it goes away soon, Donna

Well I had a really rough weekend. But then I found kind of the right
medicine over the counter. And its been helping a lot. So I also got
cough syrup and its helping too. So we will see. I have been
taking this stuff since Saturday and Saturday was my worse day.

And it was bad but started getting better on Sunday, and today.
I even slept good last night. I still have a good size cough but
its definitely asthma and cold combined. Nothing a doctor would treat.
I'm not one to not go to doctor if I need to.

Next thing, got word Derrick's surgery is set for July 24th at 10:30am.
He has to be there at 9am. So that we will do. Just life.

Derrick is at Camp Wack the water skiing for disabled kids and young
adults the next three days. His skiing day is Wednesday. His provider
is going to go also. My friend Shannon was supposed to go, but her granddaughter is going to Riley that day. So Kendra is going with Derrick.
THen Grace had also asked her to go with her. So she is going two days.

THen her Father in law had died in hospice on July 3rd, but I guess they
are still waiting on the arrangements to be made. Not sure what is going on.

Anyway that isn't the only one. My husband has one of our tenants, who is a good friend of his that died on Monday July 1st from what I understand.

But the obituary hasn't entered in the information or anything else. So we have been waiting to see if its posted.

Just odd.

Well Derrick's day for Camp Wack started rocky.
But luckily he has a great downstairs friend. Who took him
when his ride forgot him. She was already there with her other
campers. Ugh, I hate it when I'm so far away and I wouldn't
have gotten him there as soon as he did for sure. I owe this
guy lots of hugs and thanks for sure from his helping Derrick
out. We will sure miss him when Derrick ends up moving.

I'm glad that your cough is getting better, Donna. I hope it clears up soon (((HUGS)))

Poor Derrick, he has the worst luck! I'm so glad that his his friend downstairs was able to give him a ride. I hope he has a good time skiing today!

I'm sorry to hear about your tenant who passed away. I hope that by now they have posted when the wake and funeral arrangements are. Sometimes for various reasons those things are not held as soon as you would expect.

Derrick volunteers two days and ski's one. Today is skiing day.

I am sure he is having fun. I'll see the pictures tonight.

I finally found the obit last night. But the showing and things
were last week. Really odd because it was a church really close
to my house. And I didn't see the cars or anything.

Or we would have known. Its just life. Not sure why it never hit
the papers.
