Donna ~ How come there is a delay in turning on the VNS? Is it because the technician that does this work was not there during the procedure and it has to then be done in the neurologists office?

At least Derrick has you and your pup to keep a close eye on him.

Hugs,

The VNS is always turned on later. Not sure why guessing
they want time to let the folks to heal. I do know sometimes
when there is a real need, a parent can ask to have it just turned
on not to do anything but run.

See when its turned on they will also set for 3 minutes to go off.
And it will be set at a for lack of better word zap session.

Lets save that till its turned back on. As of the end of the last
one he didn't.

No clue whether he will with the new one. But it goes off
in the voice mainly.
