Bobby

Honestly she probably did. But since you are always there.
She probably thought it didn't matter. So just tell her if she
needs to change the time to call you please. So you don't worry.
Its the only nice thing for her to do.

Marci was there and he said I could try to walk with Marci. He said everybody is depressed and he doesn't believe in bipolar. He didn't comment on post traumatic stress. My anxiety was going through the roof! When he left I opened some wine. Maybe I should walk down the block and back when Marci is here. I just have no motivation and don't know how to get it.

I missed this...he put the uber app on your phone!!!!!
Did he put your credit card info in and set it up...explain it to you?I am so excited that you might be able to use uber and save money!

I didn't fill it out. He just got me so anxious and I don't even think I can type in the destinations. I have so much trouble using the keypad. He says I don't have enough collagen.
I had a stomach ache all day yesterday. Ginger tea finally helped. I wonder if it is one of my medications. I have to look up the side effects of the blood pressure medicine. The stress over Marci didn't help. I haven't gone yet but have gas. I just had the olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Now i will have the coffee. I probably will have to go back on laxatives. I am miserable.

Bobby

Its honestly sounding like part of at least your problem is the anxiety.
So maybe for now keep up your routine. To see what you can
do. If its working its better than it was right.

PepZinGI™ Official Website | pepzingi | Pepzin GI | Zinc-Carnosine
Promotes a healthy stomach
lining & environment*

• Helps relieve occasional
gastric discomfort*

• Maintains a healthy Gastro
Intestinal environment*

• Supports the health of gastric cells*

• Science-based nutrition*

PepZinGI™ enhances stomach lining integrity, owing to its free-radical-quenching capability as well as its effects on growth factor and immunomodulating activities. PepZinGI™ dissociates in the stomach at a slow rate. This prolonged existence allows it to maintain its gastric healing effect over a longer period of time. Because of their fast diffusion rates, non-molecular combinations (admixtures) of L-Carnosine and Zinc are far less effective.* The proprietary chelation process along with excellent scientific research make PepZinGI™ your best choice for supporting gastric health.

the olive oil and apple cider vinegar really helps! After all these years I think I am free from laxatives!
