I don't blame you for being so anxious right now. I would obsess about the Depakote situation, too. The mental healthcare you receive is important, and it starts with a good pdoc that you trust, have faith in, and are comfortable with. And right now, you're stuck on a med that you feel terrible on, and have no idea what comes next because you don't know your pdoc well (((HUGS)))

We will be waiting with you until you see her on Wednesday to see what she has to say and wants to do. I think it's good that you are doing your research about pdocs, but don't jump ship just yet

I am reading the books I am buying. for a while I was so tired I had trouble reading. I just bought another kindle book which is in a series. I am going totry ashwagandha for anxiety

Make sure you tell your pdoc all the different things you have been trying for your anxiety so that she isn't under the impression that you have just been relying on medications. I know how hard you have been trying, Bobby

I had a bagel with cream cheese for lunch and now I have an upset stomach and slight nausea. I had alka seltzer, zanac(sp) and now making ginger tea. I think it is related o lowering my dose of depakote. I am a little scared.

I went over cecilia's and watched golf and had a delicious chef salad and big piece of strawberry cheesecake that was so delicious. I turned on the air conditioning and woke up late and didn't feel well. I have gained almost seven pounds.

I think I am going to tell her the truth and say that I am down to 125 mg. I don't know how I am going to lose the weight. It is my birthday this week and am going out twice for my birthday.

I have leftover topamax and I just took one. I won't tell her but will ask if she could prescribe it

Bobby, please don't take the Topamax anymore... you don't know what it's going to do because you're still on the Depakote, and you don't know whether or not your pdoc will prescribe it or not, so it's not worth the risk

I'm sorry about the nausea, and the return of your stomach pain. It may have been from reducing the Depakote on your own, or maybe not (((HUGS)))

I was feeling so rotten and depressed that I took 2 mg of klonopin. within 10 minutes i felt great. I can't tell this doctor.even my stomach cleared up.
