Dr Warman who I am seeing this morning got the greatest reviews. I am looking forward to meeting him. I almost freaked out this morning. I took magnesium citrate yesterday afternoon. This morning at first I couldn't go. I don't have any pain or cramps. I got indigestion from the depakote and finally it went away a few days ago. I would wake up feeling awful from my stomach.
I started taking probiotics as my g.p suggested and also taking now digestive enzymes. I had coffee and then I went. My stools were finally were sort of formed. I wonder if it was the probiotics. I have to stop having olive leaf extract because I just read it interfered with diabetic medicine and I forgot what else.
I am so anxious now. I won't take my blood pressure. I won't ask my pdoc for medicine to help stop my spending. I am just taking too many pills. I was never constipated or overweight until I started taking all these pills. I was on risperdal for years and that was a common side effect for especially women over 60. Then I think I became dependent on laxatives
