Suppiment I take:
These are supplements I currently consume about 4 times a week. I don't take them every day, except for the following
Probiotic blend, digestive enzyme blend
R-Lipoic Acid
3 to 4 times weekly
Vit E, C, B12, magnesium, fish oil, calcium and multiple vitamin.

My MDs have approved everything I take to make sure it does not interfere with my other meds. I do not take herbs at this point. Have in the past but did not find helpful. I only add one thing at a time so as to make sure no interactions/side affects. Holistic approach. Mind, body and soul.

Fear is such beast. You are taking positive action to eliminate this fear.
