Bobby. I hope the tea and med increase help.

I have never had a physician charge to prescribe meds.

I enjoy progresso soups also.

I haven't either until now. Have you looked at the prices of the soup at Walmart?
I think they are great

I'm glad that your pdoc increased your dose of Aplenzin. It was working so well at the lower dose, I bet you will see some good results
If your BP rises again, you can contact your GP or cardiologist, and they can adjust your meds again, so everything will be okay (((HUGS)))

Please don't try to start drinking large quantities of water. About 8 glasses a day is the standard recommendation, and can include other fluids. Too much water could effect your BP and send you running to the BR with urgency, which could increase your risk of falls

I'm so glad that you are enjoying the soups. I like the ones with barley in them, but don't know if any of there are low-sodium versions.

It's good that you are keeping the air on at 72. I know that you are getting the same heatwave we are, too. So, I'm really I'm relieved to know that you have your AC now

Thanks for the information and reassurance. The higher dosage is helping. I woke up and I wasn't depressed. Practically always I wake up depressed and it goes away after I take the pill. I have been taking my bp every other day. Today is was okay 139 62 112. I forgot what med raises the pulse. Because of my age and health conditions I am not raising it to 78. I got a letter from jury duty asking some questions.I included in the envelop the letter from my neurologist to excuse me. If that fails I will get my psychiatrist to write a letter.

Waking up not depressed is fantastic, Bobby!

I think the letter from your neurologist should be enough to excuse you from jury duty, Bobby. I don't know why they are still sending you those things. I would think at a certain age they would stop.

78 is NOT a comfortable temperature for me either. I don't think it is for most people. So, that is a silly suggestion on their part. I doubt anyone abides by it.

Bobby

Do lots of your neighbors work during the day maybe.

So if that is the case they want the apartments to stay a little
warmer while they aren't home. Which is not the same for you.
But in your case going with what you need makes sense.

So it was a letter for all the apartments, not just you.
