I just ordered lemon balm and I have valerian root supplements and hopefully they will help my anxiety and help me to sleep. I also ordered senna plus. I guess I am still manic. just bought another tunic in a pretty blue.

Sending you some hugs.

And I eat crackers with peanut butter the cheese ones when my stomach
is upset. Weird as it might sound.

thanks. I didn't take a laxative tonite. I want to see what happens if I stop for a few days if I can stand it. I took some valerian root. I don't know if it affected my anxiety or sleepiness.

so is lemon balm. I went this morning without taking a laxative. I had a tablespoon of apple vinegar cider. I don't know if it was the left over side effects of the laxatives I took the day before. I also read that a tablespoon of olive oil might work. I might try that tomorrow. I read that green tea might help or hinder.
I just bought something that helps with the stomach lining PepZin GI,..that might also help with constipation.
I had a lot of fruit yesterday and plan to drink a lot of water today.

Red face

A long time ago, one of my clients used to take biscodle or something like that spelling is wrong.
Used to work for her.
I am laxative dependant.

the phillips and the magnesium citrate work for me but I am trying not to use them. Right now I have a terrible stomach ache and gas. I am making fennel tea. I want to try to be laxative independent.

this is going to be very hard for me. I had some teaspoons of apple vinegar cider and some fennel tea. I read lemon juice is also good. I will try that later.
My poor teeth. I guess I should brush them every time I take the apple vinegar cider and the lemon juice. I am drinking more liquids . Coffee is supposed to be
good. I ordered some nondairy creamer. It might help to eliminate dairy products. I just took one caplet versus six of magnesium because I am afraid I was so used to the dosage. I am also going to take a lot of vitamin c which might be helpful.
I feel better.

Bobby

Good job, its going to take you a while to get it to work, or take effect I'm afraid. But you can get it done. I have lots of faith in you.

Once you put your mind to it.

thanks Donna. I will give it only a little time.My stomach ache was so bad yesterday that I couldn't stand it and got very depressed. Today so far nothing has happened. The g.i. doctor didn't suggest it. He said to continue with the phillips since his medications didn't work. I got in a very bad mood yesterday too and felt a lot of anger.
