I believe the next step is my lawyer to arrange another exam, someone of his preference and see how the two may vary. Yes, I can appeal this further in the court of workers comp only. It is unjust, I guess because there are scammers, I'm not one of them, makes no difference.

I will be fine. I just feel this is terribly unjust and unsettling.
