Hubbie and I are o.k.
I cooked soup. He went to the gym. I napped during the day. At night we watched Netflix and caught up on the weather news. We do not have to be back to work until Tuesday or later. =-=-=- In the event of a tornado or some kind of weirdness, we will use the inside bathroom as a safe room. I told him to put a radio in there with a flashlight and a blanket. M |

I'm glad we did all of that prepping. I am relaxed about how
we handled things. Sunday we stayed home and checked the weather periodically on t.v. and via phone app. The storm did not affect us in anyway -- no rain or wind. =-=-=- We eventually somehow got annoyed/bitchy about work people not being clear about our return to work. I mean, how hard is it to provide folks basic information??? +++++++++++++++ Tonight I just saw at 4:00 am an alert on my phone that we return to work Thursday May 5. +++++ That means, I can clean house, keep relaxing inside, and do some yoga stretches. M |
