Hi,
I'm listening to music. On Youtube I have stuff by The Band. Also some other groups but the channel has me listening to the same things over and over again. Lots of repetition. Sometimes as loud as I believe the neighbors will tolerate. I play a Guns and Roses Pandora channel when I want to play stuff loud. When I need calm, bland stuff, I go to Hootie & the Blowfish (and friends) channel. Because I've heard the songs a million times, I do not run across anything interesting and can relax. My life is so small. My goal every day is to manage to get to the next day in safe head-space. M |

sometimes a small life means less stress. I think stress is one of our enemies. I am so glad for you that you have your music. What are some of your suggestions. I play Josh Groban over and over again.

(1) I'm watching the Ken Burns Country Music series on PBS (eight episodes).
It's flawed of course because Kens Burns sort of sux. But the music passes the time and get my mind off something else, (2) Youtube has good clips from the Band's Last Waltz. =-=- (3) There are some Youtube young folks doing mostly covers. This one guy has been been Youtubing for a while with his friends and goes by a few names: "The Other Favorites," Joshua Lee Turner. . . and so on. M |

Hubby is sick.
He's nauseated. He's been in bed sleeping all day. (it's 5:00 p.m.) =-=-= I feel that I should try to give him some liquids later tonight if he feels up to drinking some tea or something. |

I hope hubby is feeling better.
yes fluids are really important. Imitrol or something like that is good for nausea. ginger is helpful too. You could make some tea for him with ginger. hope he feels better. bizi
