I forgot about Ginger. We might have that.
I had hubby eat a little bit: soup, plain bread, tea. It all came back up. If he's not better Saturday, I'm taking him to a walk-in-urgent care. M |

Hubby is doing o.k. today.
In the morning he drank water and it stayed down. Later on in the day he had chicken with broth and some bread. M |

Interesting I've always been told you never don't drink at least water.
Because if you can't do at least that you will get dehydrated. I'm not going more into in this thread. I'll post in mine. donna

Hubby and I are o.k.
When he was sick and I was looking for food we had that he could keep down, I found some cut up Rotisserie Chicken in the freezer. He buys whole prepared Rotisserie Chicken from the grocery store that he cuts in fourths to freeze for us to heat in the microwave later.) I experimented with this and it worked: 1) 1/4 frozen rotisserie chicken 2) Water 3) Small saucepan 4) Medium boil No need for preparation with spices or anything because the grocery store already did that work.  ++++++++++++++ This easy dinner plan is a new favorite of his. M |
