that is so good that you are taking care of yourself! I don't know if you can deal with your mood but at least you are eliminating stress. Maybe you can listen to music later. I think that always helps you. Maybe you can later go and get some ice cream. two pints!

I lost the info for the acupuncturist I found near so I spent a lot of time
trying to find someone else. This time I printed what I found. I have two names: one male and one female. (With MDs It does not matter but I much prefer a female for acupuncture.) The depression makes me feel like I am stuck in slow motion esp with regard to my thoughts and even my movements in the house. I need a miracle. M |

I did try one when I first bought them. I did not feel any different.
I figured I would have to try a handful instead of one. I called the acupuncturist this morning. She has a nice voice. She gave me an appointment for Thursday at 2:30 and will be sending me an email with something to fill out. I told her I need help with depression. ===== Hubby might have a fit about this. I was going to an acupuncturist when I met him. I don't remember our conversations about it but I think he would find it not a good use of our money. I'll have to not tell him initially. M |

I take a few of them at a time. I am not sure if they affect me. Great about the acupuncturist - it just didn't work for me. I hope it works for you. I am glad you got a female.

A few days ago I took two gummies and felt nothing.
Next time I'll take three. The appointment with the acupuncturist might be Thursday but in my head and in my calendar the appointment is Tuesday. I suppose I have to call her before I go. I am hopeful about the acupuncture visit. I typed a list of some diagnoses and sleep issues while making clear that I hope to get help for (1) depression and (2) sleep. My old acupuncturist from a million years ago was what my sister calls "Judgey / Judgmental." I don't need that. M |
