I filled out an electronic form tonight that she emailed re my health, family health, food, and such.
I learned that she is a Registered Dietician.  If she gives me food advice I will ignore her. If ignoring does not work, I will dump her. =-=- (I had one therapist who told me I had to eat breakfast. I told her that science does not care when I eat. I told her I would absolutely not be eating breakfast. She finally gave up, but it was only a little while later that I had to stop seeing her.) Perhaps it's partly because I wake up late and hungover and do not want to eat. I am going to show up on time and be as hopeful as I can. M |

I am not a breakfast person either.
I eat 2 meals a day and no snacking. bizi good luck with her!

Also you can tell her you eat breakfast, just at a different time of the day because you can't sleep at night. So maybe when you start sleeping at night you will be able to start eating breakfast. So you will think about talking about it then. But not till then. So the subject isn't open now. Or like me I eat breakfast when I feel like it, at anytime of the day. Donna
