How are you doing?
Have you thought about using essential oils?
Bobby believes in them.

Mari

I'm so glad you got your wallet back. That is so fantastic.

I'm also glad your husband took you to get it. I now how
upsetting it would have been to go by yourself.

major banging sound due to construction maybe

I used to have some essential oils.
I could look into them. It's possible I remember one that would pick me up
and other few that were calming.

Today I woke up to a steady pounding noise.
When I stepped outside to listen I heard metal on metal banging.
It went on for
many hours -- maybe until the end of the work day.

It was coming from maybe one neighborhood away.

I took some CBD that I got from the health food store so I
could do my best to ignore everything.

Fanapt is a psychosis medication. Uses: Fanapt is prescribed for Schizophrenia and Psychosis and is mostly mentioned together with these indications. In addition, our data suggest that it is taken for Depression, although it is not approved for this condition*.

Mari 11-16-2019 11:53 PM

how is your depression going? I didn't have a sense of well being yesterday and today. Maybe it is not that great. It definitely helps.
