Oh, I stopped taking the CBD a few days ago -- after reading that sometimes
bits of THC are in the cbd and show up in drug tests -- our workplace announced months ago that they would eventually do drug testing. When I see pdoc in January, I might ask for extra gabapentin. M |

I hope that everybody had a good Thanksgiving.
=-=-== I slept during the day. When I woke up I had a sort of dizzy head. ("light headed" maybe.) To my knowledge, I had not done anything different. After a little while I went back to bed. When I woke up I took my regular meds. I hope that I feel o.k. Friday. M |

Hi,
I think I have posted that I have dreams when I am awake. 1) A few weeks ago while I was waking up, the infant version of me said this to me: " I am good." 2) The second message was this" "It's not O.K." I cried over both: the first having to do with recognizing the goodness in me. The second having to do with how much things suck. I cried for a long time. Somehow the crying helped a little. =-=-= I apologize if this sounds like nonsense. I'm deeply depressed. M |

it is so good to cry. It releases toxins. Right now I am not getting that high from farnapt but when I did I realized how really crippling bipolar is. I don't know about you but I never have a sense of well being.
I am alone most of the time and even feel alone with most people. when I remind myself that I am not alone because God is always with me. He is the only one who understands. fondly bobby |

Hi, Bobby,
I'm glad that you feel connected to God. I'm not sure if I have moments here or there of a sense of well being. . . . . Maybe when I am distracted, I feel o.k. -- but only if I can stay distracted. I do talk to God a lot -- mostly to say "Thank you, God, for being with me. My parents are flying here for three nights (to stay in a hotel) beginning the day after Christmas (Dec 26?). They are coming to our house via Taxi from the airport. Then they take one of our cars to their hotel, check in, and drive back to our house. Then we all go out to eat at an Italian Restaurant. I have to do more house cleaning as I did none today. M |
