It would probably work well with some other added ingredients like vegetables and
such. =-= My pdoc gave me a brochure for a new med that gets delivered via nasal spray: Spravato (esketamine). It is similar to ketamine. Apparently it's expensive. M |

The pill minder is empty.
I usually make sure that I take my meds with hubby watching me in case I screw up with the pill minder. Somehow tonight, our system did not work. ----------------------------------------------- Now that it is 2:00 a.m., I feel weird and messed up. *#*#*#*#*#*#*#*# Maybe I will take the regular dose of Gabapentin since it is short acting and won't matter much. Also I will take a small dose of klonopin. I do not know what to do about the Verapamil because it is long acting. +++++++++++++++ Update: I woke up hubby and had him watch me take 300 Gabapentin and my 2.5 pills of Klonopin. And I wrote the dosages and time in a notebook. It has been an hour now and I am feeling better. M |

The antidepressants that current pdoc gave me had intolerable side effects: nausea and/or agitation, and so on . . .
For a while she had me take liquid doses in order to get tiny doses. I offered to try an MOA because I had tolerated one a long time ago. She said "no." She mentioned Electroconvulsive Therapy I said NO because I had a friend who went through that. He had a bad outcome. I am going to consider an acupuncturist. I found one near me who is also an MD who (according to the web site) takes my medical insurance. I suppose I should try to get myself to call her office for an appt. M |

oh rats! have you tried any essential oils? I know you mentioned peppermint oil. I believe in acupuncture but it didn't help me. She was a wonderful Chinese doctor. The first time she gave it to me at the end I started laughing hysterically-weird-she said it was common.
