I am so glad you are feeling better! I can't stop watching the news but now I don't watch as much. We are living in dreadful times! Being bipolar makes it so much worse.

The depression interferes with stuff I have to do for work.


(i'm on low dose mild meds so it's not the meds.)


I stink at thinking --a few days ago and again tonight I can not
work my own phone.

Default quitting my job
A month ago I emailed my direct boss that I was leaving. He
did not respond but I heard via the gossip mill that I had quit.

IT'S REAL!!!!!!!!
I'm out of there after I wrap up some things. We will manage on Hubby's salary and our savings.

I hope as each day goes by I continue to feel more relieved.
