it finally came to me and has helped me tremendously. We don't know what is going to happen to us after we die.

Down to 1-2 hours of sleep now.

Put a request in to my psych doc for help. I keep telling him I am living on 3 or less hours of sleep and he just stares at me.

I cant take Melatonin, makes me way to dizzy and the Benadryl causes a hangover the following morning.

I asked him if I can combine the Seroquel with the Lamictal just for a few days to kick start my sleep again.

This is just misery.

Oh wow. I am so sorry this is happening to you. How can you function on so little sleep? I wonder if that also makes paranoid from so little sleep. None of the sleeping pills worked for me. I hate to suggest this but can you start drinking wine or something to get you out of this cycle?

Blue

Ask him is he would consider prescribing amtryplinne for the migraines
and sleep. This is good for both. And its also okay for seizures.

We could tell with my grandson when he missed his dosage at night
before bed because he would get a headache when he didn't get it.
Now he doesn't need it because the headaches are better.

It is a really old drug, so it shouldn't cost much at all.
