Hello, all I have been on the road today.

I even had a meeting with Derrick that got cancelled. The guy was
sick. Then Derrick and I went to met a parent. And even though
she said, she was coming I waited almost a hour and she didn't come.

Ugh, I hate that. I don't know what to think. We will see.

Derrick and I then went to get his flu shot and to good will. And then
to eat at Ihop.

Then I went home. I was tired.

Oh I forgot to tell everyone my news. For me this is fantastic.

I went to the doctor the other day. Well I lost 3 pounds
from my 6 month ago appointment. Wow, I was afraid
I had gained weight. I'm working to lose more weight.

But just to lose 3 pounds is okay with me. I'll keep going
with that. I would love to lose more but it doesn't seem
to be in the cards for me.

Bobby

Luckily not my front door. Because i don't have a screen door and if he could then it would never be shut. But he can open the bedroom doors.

For that fact the girl kitty can too. Not sure if they use their paws for their heads and just butt in type thing. But I know that if you want them out.
They seem to find their way in. They seem to know the night that you would rather no kitty get in. Especially boy kitty, see he thinks you want a kitty
to play on your back if you are sleeping on your side all night. Or to sleep
on your back with claws out giving a slight punch. Which I don't care
for.

Or he thinks oh she or he wants me to nosey with them. Which is no fun when sleeping.

Now girl kitty the all black one. Heehee, she is becoming very friendly.
She likes to sleep on your head. So you can go to sleep and all the sudden as Derrick when he stays with me find her on your head, one dog on one side, and one on the other side. And one in the middle. And all the sudden wondering where the head pressure is coming at say 3am. Well its
black girl kitty. Which is something, because she is hard to catch.
But when she wants her time she comes and stays.

She has been coming to see me during the day. So luckily she doesn't try that with me.

Well I saw my cancer, nurse practioner today. I've been wondering
if the pain in my arms, and the phantom pain I've been having, weren't
part of the lemphodema again. It looks like it is. So I'm headed
back to physical therapy as soon as they call me. I can tell I need it.
And its worse in some places than before.

There has been trouble sleeping at night so I've been wondering if that was
part of my problem too.
And I'm pretty sure it is. If I can get comfortable its usually no problem
sleeping. But at least I'm not just laying around worrying because I can't
sleep. So its not bad yet.

Oh and my sister, that I hadn't been worried about had a catscan yesterday, and doesn't have to worry her hodkins lykemia isn't back. So that is good news. I was worried that was what they were worried was back after about 12 years.
