I know the type of things and the type of people that trigger me. I would not find myself in this episode had I protected myself more. Then life comes with its own challenges, which did not help matters.

My pdoc does not want me on this forum AT ALL, at least for now.

I will not be on the forum... no checking in to read threads/posts or PM's.

I don't know when or if I will be back.
