since I got that lovely email from management I am no longer fearful that I could lose my apartment and have no place to go. that was where the terror was from. If I made a mistake on the lease I am now sure they would let me fix it. I am hardly watching the news on tv so my anxiety and anger are greatly reduced . I do skim the times and washington post.. i just plan to read a lot of novels and try not to eat as much.

my ac is broken-ugh

they have ordered a new air conditioner. it could take a week or more. with this heat i have totally lost my appetite and am feeling a bit dizzy.

do you have a fan? wet a sheet in cold water and cover your self with it. I know that sounds silly but I have heard people who do that.

I would be lost with out our AC.
I am sorry that this has happened to you.

thanks for the advice. I will use it. I am a bit worried about my kitty cats with the heat but they were okay this morning. I got on the scale this morning and I lost six pounds. I got on the scale again because I couldn't believe it I have been eating a lot of oranges even though as a diabetic I should only have one a day. The management wrote me " Aw, I understand Barbara. I’m here to help wherever I can. Feel free to contact me anytime 😊 " That obviously sounds as if they won't try to evict me. I will feel relieved when I get the lease back.

i threw out a good fan a while ago.

today the therapy session wasn't good.He called 15 minutes late and my anxiety was through the roof plus anger. I even thought maybe he caught the virus and was in the hospital. He tried mediation on me but my anxiety was too high and the apartment too hot.
i just took a klonopin

next time I am going to ask him if he has ever suffered and if he has ever experienced crippling anxiety

Dear Barbara, I hope it's ok to say that just this one time. The thing is, I really love the name Barbara. Ok, firstly, congratulations for the good ending to your lease anxiety, & especially those comforting words from that nice lady. What a relief that must have been. I hope the hot weather takes a vacation, maybe fly up to Alaska & bring back some coolness. Boy, you sure do read fast! I'm glad you are being nice to yourself.
