i take the liquid and the whole bottle. it is the only thing that works. i have been taking it and then my internist said to take- a few bottles a week. it does but what can i do? I have tried everything philip caplets worked for years and then stopped.

Thank you so much. I just got so deeply depressed yesterday and this morning. I hadn't heard from my best friend who also pays my rent. I started catastrophizing and thinking the worse. I finally called her on her line phone and just got her voice message. My anxiety was through the roof. Then I decided to call her cell phone and after a few rings she answered. I told her that I was catastrophizing and imagined her in the hospital with the virus. Since I am bipolar I can get so worried. I asked if she was too busy to write because she is very thoughtful and careful when she writes could next time just send me an email saying later. She said is very healthy especially now that she is a vegetarian and even her blood pressure and sugar is fine.. She had just gone to the doctor's/
The volunteer didn't call me last night. That got me so upset although she had written me that she couldn't call at seven because of the March.I wrote her that she could call at 8 r 9 but she didn't. Today I saw she sent me an email at 10:30 apologizing but that she just got home from the very long march and could she call me today. I had gotten so sad and felt s incredibly lonely. For a while I just wanted to die. I just have to pray more.

I just told off another long term friend.I really attacked her in three emails. I doubt she will answer me.. I don't regret it.I have known her since 5th grade. I have three friends left and two live outside the city. I am not sure about my neighbor of 50 years. In the past three weeks she surprised me with two tiramisus.
The ac is a dud. It is on 60 and my apartment is still warm.
I am getting the big fan on Monday

I think the heat is part of your problem with the depression and all. Please get A hold of the company and make them fix this problem. And I'm glad that at least on Monday your getting a big fan

I think you are right.I have already notified the doorman three times and the last time I told him the apartment was slightly better with windows open and terrace door open and ac off.

may I ask why you tore into her if she was your friend? It is so easy to upset people when our bipolar gets out of whack, I have done the same thing with emails. I did not go home for christmas it was so bad.

2 pills twice a day of colace works ok for me, occasionally I have to take some myralax. I still strain, I have a lazy colon from all of the laxatives I took. That is what a pharmacist told me.
