still haven't had a stomach ache today and have more maalox. Not watching any news. I hope this isn't a fluke and it will continue to help me.

You can count blessings even if it's just the kitty's.

Taking it one day at a time I meant the stomach. Do today and worry about tomorrow then

PLEASE HAVE MAGNESIUM CITRATE! It is the only thing that usually works for me. also try suppositories. I am amazed that you lost that much weight without going to the bathroom. also how much water are you drinking? My doctor said I can take three or four bottles of magnesium citrate a week. I think CVS has it the cheapest unless there is a walmart near you. I also drink lemon and water and apple cider vinegar in the morning on an empty stomach.

I am bipolar and I suffer from anxiety and depression. I love my kitties madly and they are a great comfort. Maybe my depression would be a lot worse if I didn't have them. I woke up so depressed. I immediately went for an antidepressant. It doesn't totally work and last night I was very depressed. counting my blessings don't help.
I don't know if I am getting a stomach ache now or not. I have such bad anxiety that I can't stop worrying if yesterday was fluke. I don't think you get it what it is like to be bipolar 11.
yesterday I didn't watch any tv. I don't think that helped. tv is company. being so depressed I turned it on this morning.
I am out of control.
