Bobby,

T.V. helps me somehow -- I'm not sure why.

Reading or listening to music for example, can make me depressed.

I'm sorry that you are suffering.

Thank you so much. wow. I had to turn off the tv. I couldn't stand to hear all the suffering going on because of this virus and the deaths and the loss of jobs. I don't know how to deal with it. I do believe that God is in control of everything so it has to be for the good.
I started reading another book. I don't feel like turning on music. I think I am going to grab Pudge and put her on the bed next to me and hope she stays.. I have been so irritable.besides everything else.

I like to watch a couple of.game shows in the mornings. I don't watch the news at all unless it's local night news.

Just to.hear what's going on around the area.

Bobby is that prunes only or the juice too? Just a question. I don't know if there is difference in calories or sugar.

How about bran flakes, it's what helps me. Maybe if your doctor orders the other they can deliver more of it for you.

Explaining it's what works for you. Even with you paying for it like it's a prescription. We pay for one of Derrick's like a prescription so it can go in his daily meds. Others are paid by insurance

Bobby

I just looked up both, prunes for weight gain, it says, You loss weight with prunes, not gain. And about if you can eat or drink it being a diabetic. It says it's good for you. It says it helps your sugar.

Also suggest plums.

So maybe you can do both daily

Bobby

Your welcome, it's what we do the best here. And just try buying it as much as you can. Get through this time as much as you can.

I bought three and 1/2 pounds of prunes. I am going to try not to eat anymore today. I had some egg salad but last night my stomach pains kept me up most of the night. today the maalox seems to be working but my anxiety continues to be sky high. I will speak to my doctor over the phone in two weeks. He isn't seeing his patients in person right now.
